Large-scale construction will be required greatly in the future: the urban population will grow, existing buildings will require either reconstruction or demolition and the construction of new ones.
Why is BIM in the foundation? This method has been successfully used in automobile and ship construction for long, and recently it was also adapted to the construction of buildings.
This computer digital method can make building faster, safer, more economical, more environmentally friendly, and therefore is better. BIM can solve some future industrial problems as well as it will help to identify and eliminate errors during the planning process.
